Hey Reader,

It is April. Spring is here—on the calendar, at least.

While my friends in Germany are mowing their lawns, I am examining the lawn in my part of the world to see if a few blades of grass might soon make an appearance.

The buds on the trees in our garden are swelling. The red blossoms on my maple trees have already opened. Soon their green leaves will appear.

It’s brighter these days. The days are longer. And the sky in the early morning is wonderful.
